No, at this time, we only offer standard shipping options.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the issue according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns (personal preference or non-defective items), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Aparli will provide a prepaid shipping label, and return shipping will be 100% free.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved and processed, refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
No, we do not offer exchanges. If you need to change your purchased product, return it and place a new order.
